LAW, ORDER, AND THE AMERICAN WAY FOR THE 10TH DISTRICT

Republican Candidate for U.S. Congress

MEET ROBERT

Robert Lulgjuraj is a native of Sterling Heights, Michigan, and the grandson of Albanian immigrants who fled communism and religious persecution in pursuit of the American Dream. Raised in a hardworking family, the son of a maintenance worker and a waitress, Robert learned early on the importance of faith, family, and community.

He attended local public schools before graduating from Brother Rice High School, then earned his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College at Notre Dame, where he was elected Student Body President. Robert later received his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and served as President of the Federalist Society. He was also selected as a Republican fellow in the Michigan Political Leadership Program at Michigan State University in recognition of his leadership and public service.

Robert began his legal career as a prosecutor in Wayne County, where he prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from violent crime to complex fraud. He later served in the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, where he created the Digital Evidence Optimization Unit and partnered with local law enforcement to modernize criminal prosecutions.

Committed to his community, Robert was appointed to the Sterling Heights Ethnic Community Committee and served as Youth Chair of the Macomb County Republican Party. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Federalist Society, the Republican National Lawyers Association, and the Macomb County Republican Party, and is a cofounder of Albanian American Conservative Republicans.

Guided by a lifelong commitment to service and the belief that the American Dream should remain within reach for every family, Robert is running for Congress to strengthen public safety, support working families, and expand opportunity across Michigan’s 10th District.
